Cozy Polar Neck Tube

1. Cut 1 rectangle of fleece  about 17" by 22 to 23" (or 17" by size of adult’s head circumference);
2. OR cut two contrasting rectangles 9" by 22". Be sure to have stretch along the 22" length. (Contrasting fabrics allow you to create a sort of cuff effect for your tube.)
3. If you have cut two contrasting rectangles sew them with a ¼" seam along both sides of the 22" length right sides together.
4. If you have cut one rectangle fold it right sides together along the 17" length and sew the seam along the 22" length to make a tube.
5. NOW slip your arm through the tube you have just created; and pull one end of the tube through to meet the other –again: right sides together.
   
6. Match seams and pin around the tube.
7. Sew the raw edges together leaving 4" or so along the middle of one side for turning right side out.
   Turn right side out and hand sew opening closed.
